Turn the phone off
Press & hold Volume (+) button then press power button shortly.
When an android logo(NO COMMAND is written under the logo) appears on the screen then press power button shortly again.
Select wipe data factory reset with volume Down (-) key then press Voume + to OK.
Select Yes by volume Down key & press volume Up to OK.
Reboot System no.
And u r done...
